Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TTtools, available at tttools.net and related subdomains (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Volodymyr Sych ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TTtools is a SaaS platform for TikTok advertising operations teams. The Service helps authorized business users connect TikTok advertising assets through official APIs, view asset inventory, review reporting metrics, manage approved workflows, and receive notifications.

2. Business Use

The Service is intended for business and professional use. You may use the Service only if you have authority to act for the organization or advertising accounts you connect.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate account information;
• keeping login credentials secure;
• controlling access to your organization/workspace;
• ensuring users have appropriate roles and permissions;
• promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend access if we believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

4. TikTok Integrations

You may connect TikTok advertising assets only if you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for:

• complying with TikTok terms, policies, and advertising rules;
• ensuring campaigns, creatives, audiences, and operations are lawful;
• confirming that users in your organization have permission to manage connected assets;
• reviewing user-initiated changes before executing them.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by TikTok unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. TikTok APIs and services may change, become unavailable, or impose limits. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, API changes, review decisions, or enforcement actions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• scrape TikTok or any other platform;
• collect or use TikTok browser cookies;
• use anti-detect, fingerprint evasion, or unauthorized automation;
• bypass TikTok security, review, or policy controls;
• access assets without authorization;
• send spam or unlawful messages;
• run unlawful, deceptive, or policy-violating advertising;
• reverse engineer or attack the Service;
• interfere with other users;
• upload malware or harmful code;
• violate laws or third-party rights.

6. Customer Data

"Customer Data" means data you or your authorized users submit to the Service, including connected TikTok integration data.

You grant us a limited right to process Customer Data only as needed to:

• provide the Service;
• maintain security;
• support and troubleshoot the Service;
• comply with legal obligations;
• enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Data to the Service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services such as:

• TikTok APIs;
• hosting providers;
• Supabase or other database providers;
• Redis/queue providers;
• email providers such as Resend or Postmark;
• Telegram;
• monitoring and security tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as needed.

If the Service is in beta, preview, or early-access status, it may contain bugs, missing features, or incomplete integrations.

10. Fees and Payment

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be shown at checkout or in a separate order form.

Unless otherwise stated:

• fees are non-refundable except where required by law;
• you are responsible for taxes;
• failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

If the Service is currently free, we may introduce paid plans later with notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
• you fail to pay applicable fees;
• third-party provider requirements make continued service impossible;
• we are required to do so by law.

After termination, we may retain certain records as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property, except for Customer Data and third-party materials.

You may not copy, modify, resell, or create derivative products from the Service unless we give written permission.

13. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee advertising performance, campaign outcomes, TikTok API availability, or approval by TikTok or any advertising platform.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay us.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service;
• your Customer Data;
• your advertising activity;
• your violation of laws, platform policies, or these Terms;
• your unauthorized access to third-party assets.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice through the Service or by email.
