One Business Center bundle or one standalone Ad Account connected through OAuth. You can manage multiple Ad Accounts under a single Business Center connection at no extra charge.
We connect through the official OAuth flow only. We never see, ask for, or store your TikTok password. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are deleted when you disconnect.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing period; upgrades are pro-rated.
At launch we'll accept credit cards via Stripe. Wire transfer is available for annual Team plans on request.
No. TTtools handles the integration through TikTok's standard Developer Platform. You only need an authorized TikTok ads account to connect.
A user is active if they signed into the workspace at least once during the billing period. Invited-but-never-signed-in users don't count toward your seat total.
Cancel any time from workspace settings. You keep access through the end of the current period. No cancellation fees, and we don't lock data — reporting and audit history stay exportable until your retention window expires.
